2007- : CTO, Reloop, Copenhagen
Combining my skills into a role that involves Online Marketing and Online Technologies, the role as CTO includes consulting multi-national enterprises to align their business to be competitive in the online channel. The Reloop model is unique, in that it takes a holistic view of the client organization, managing the project through a defined period, and sharing incentive and risk with clients on a performance-based fee. Technical service areas include Website Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Measurement and Analytics, Tools and Supplier Management, and Consolidated Reporting. Each project is unique to match the client, so this fits my profile extraordinarily well.
2006-2007 : International Technical Account Director, TradeDoubler, Copenhagen
Moving from a local to an international focus, I started as responsible for TradeDoubler’s largest clients, cross-Europe. Among the clients are Dell, Yahoo, Kelkoo, eBay, Skype and others. In this role, I manage all clients across markets, with a virtual team of technical services co-workers. It involves coordination of activities, such as updated tracking, creating and updating product feeds and tracking quality assurance. In addition, I work closely with each client to set up the best solution possible, for their needs. Working this close with each client enables them to closely monitor the performance and ROI of all online activities.
2005-2006: Technical Manager, TradeDoubler, Copenhagen
Managing the Technical Services team in Denmark, I was responsible for the implementation of performance tracking on all affiliate programs, campaigns, and tracking solutions. With the TradeDoubler Toolbox product, I managed the accounts for customers such as Sterling, DFDS Seaways, Surftown and others. Additionally, I held training workshops for all clients in all of TradeDoubler’s product areas. Major Danish online companies, such as TDC, 3, Sonofon, SmartGuy, and about 80 others were among the clients my team managed.
2001-2005: E-Business Consultant, Cera Prima, Helsingborg / Copenhagen
Designed and programmed websites, including tools like CMS, CRM, etc., with a focus on usability and search engine optimization (SEO). Handled website maintenance and support for multiple clients, located in Scandinavia and the USA. In addition, I provided IT advisory service for clients and develop Internet and domain name strategies.
2000-2001: Senior Internet Developer, Etensity Inc., New York
I lead a team of 5 developers, programming web applications and developing databases. Along with the Project Manager, I wrote software requirements and acted as the technical client contact. In addition, I was the primary technical sales lead on Open Source projects. Also, I guided co-workers and held seminars on work methodology.
1998-2000: Technical Project Manager, X-ceed Performance Group, New York
As PM in this incentive company, I held many roles. I managed software development projects as well as programmed tools like calendars, CRM and e-learning products for integration with company software. As primary technical liaison to several major corporations in the USA, I designed and developed Intra-, Extra- and Internet sites. Moreover, I created multimedia sales presentations for the sales force.

The position included a great variation of tasks, including market and competitive analysis and website mock-up for sales presentations.
